The project provides much-needed clothing, special needs gifts, and wished-for toys to the neediest children of the Van Buren County area. These gifts give underprivileged children the hope of a brighter future and the reassurance that someone does indeed care about them.

With the help of volunteers, the Clinton Chamber of Commerce is able to process and distribute thousands of gifts to needy children in our area every Christmas.

CASA Program

Court Appointed Special Advocates for the 20th Judicial District – Faulkner, Van Buren, and Searcy Counties

CASA 2011CASA’s mission is to provide a voice in court for and on behalf of abused and neglected children who might otherwise have no voice for placement in a safe, permanent home.

Last year alone, CASA advocates served 160 children in Faulkner, Searcy, and Van Buren counties. These volunteers are ordinary people – some students or senior citizens – who receive training to help them answer the special needs of needy children by representing them in the courtroom and the social service system.

There are many ways to volunteer, from making a donation to helping out at CASA’s community fundraising events. CASA’s Annual Hope and Justice Dice Run is held right here in at the Main Street Park Clinton.
