The North Central Arkansas Foundation for Arts & Education presents a free Sunday concert featuring guitarist William Feasley, an acclaimed classical performer who was the first guitarist awarded the Peabody Conservatory’s “Artist Diploma.” He has performed his wide-ranging repertiore at venues around the world.
