Greers Ferry Lake World Walleye Classic – Greers Ferry Lake (home of the world record Walleye) World Walleye Classic will be held beginning Feb. 15 starting at noon and running thru March 22, noon. 100% of Entries will be paid back (less door prizes and expenses). Tournament dinner, with awards and door prizes for paid participants, will be held at the Choctaw VFW banquet hall, Sunday, March 23, beginning at 2 p.m. (must be present to win). The public is welcome. $10.00 per person-all you can eat!!! Children under 12, $5.00 Paid participants, $9.00. Computers Needed: The North Central Career Center at 100 Success Dr in Clinton is in need of computers for their Adult Ed & GED Program. Please consider them when you are upgrading to newer computers for your business or personal use. Your donations will be put to great use. Call 745-6554.

Banquet Countdown! Only one week to go to the Annual Chamber Banquet! The banquet is a great place to network and meet new friends. Still need tickets? Everyone is invited to attend the banquet, so contact the Chamber by Thursday for reservations. And, remember the Silent Auction starts as soon as the doors open at 5:30 and with all the great items, you do not want to miss out on the auction!
